Skyscanner – It’s time to fill up your passort! If you’re flexible on when or where you fly, this app is a great way to find cheap seats on flights from the touch of your Smartphone. Skyscanner compares millions of flights on over 1000 airlines and you book directly with the airline so there’s no commission or hidden fees. If you’re really feeling spontaneous, you can also let Skyscanner inspire you by using the “explore the globe” feature. This allows you not to specify a location and let the app pull up the cheapest flights from your nearest airport. Just one advise for caution, this can and WILL lead to heaps of fun adventures!

FlightView Flight Tracker – This app just made tracking your flight easier than ever! Track flights by flight number or route between 2 cities – search flights yesterday, today, tomorrow, and up to six months in the future – and view a real-time map for in-air flights showing the plane’s current position, speed and altitude, and national radar weather. Viewing flight schedules between cities also lets you know alternate flight options in case your travel plans are disrupted by flight delays or cancellations.
